Whole Wheat Bread Ingredients:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a smooth mixture. Grease a baking tray (28 cm in diameter) with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 60 minutes at 200 degrees from top / bottom. do not heat up; The dough does not have to rise beforehand.

Chicken Salad Ingredients:

Wash the chicken soup, put in a saucepan with cold water and salt, bring to a boil and simmer for at least an hour until the chicken is cooked. Remove it from the pot and let it cool. Then the meat is removed from the bones and skin and cut into small pieces. Pour the broth through a sieve.

Cook asparagus and cut into small pieces. Cut the cress, cut the chives into small rolls. Mix with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then we add the meat.

We cut the watercress and sprinkle it on the ready-made chicken salad. Optionally decorate with horseradish.

Egg Herbal Butter Ingredients:

Wash and dry the herbs, pluck the stems and chop them finely. Mix with butter in a bowl. Season with salt and place in the refrigerator until the butter becomes firm.

Boil the egg for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water, peel and cut into slices.

Brush homemade bread with herb butter and top with a lightly salted egg.


Cut the salami into thin slices. Cut the bread into small pieces. Cover one slice per person with chicken salad, herb butter, eggs, and salami and arrange on a wooden board or plate. Garnish with herbs, such as parsley, if you like.
