To prepare, you need a bowl, a hand mixer, a sharp knife and a cutting board.

Also the following delicious ingredients:

  • 500gm of ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sprig of celery
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 500 ml tomato paste
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • salt

3. a step: Allow to cool slightly, then puree using a blender or blender until the soup is completely smooth. Finally add the fresh cream.
