Recipes for stuffed potatoes with cheese and bacon

And here’s how it works: First you have to rinse the potatoes well, because with this recipe the skin remains firm. Then they are placed in hot, salted water until almost cooked. Warning: do not over-prick the potatoes for testing, otherwise they will become brittle.

Now let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scrape half of each potato half with a large spoon to make hollows.

Now put the potato mixture in a bowl. Then chop the garlic, cut the bacon into small cubes, green onions into rings and fry everything in a pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes.
