Spicy chicken soup with crunchy vegetables
Chicken soup is a true classic in this country. But good chicken broth is also appreciated in Asia. Try this spicy chicken soup with lots of healthy vegetables today.
This is how it is done:
- Wash the chicken and put it in a saucepan. Pour about 3 liters of water. Season with salt and peppercorns. Bring to a boil and simmer for about two hours. Get rid of the foam that forms. Clean or peel the green soup, wash and cut it into small pieces, and cook after about 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and leave to cool slightly. Strain and reduce the broth. Cut the chili in half lengthwise, wash and chop. Peel the carrots, wash and cut them into sticks. Wash, prune and cut the peas in half. Remove skin and bones from chicken and dice.
- Boil the broth and hot pepper. Cook the carrots in it for 13 minutes. Cook pasta as instructed. Cook the peas, peas, and meat in the broth for about 3 minutes. Pluck coriander. Add pasta to soup. Season with pepper and soy sauce. Sprinkle with coriander.
