You need the following ingredients for about 4 people:

1 can chopped tomato
1 can of coconut milk
1 onion
180 gm red lentils
3 teaspoons hot pepper powder
2 teaspoons turmeric
Lemon juice from a whole lemon
600 ml vegetable broth
Sunflower oil, salt and pepper


  • Cut the onions into small cubes and fry them in sunflower oil. Add the red lentils and tomatoes with the juice and coconut milk and mix well.
  • Pour the vegetable broth over the soup and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Flavor with spices and lemon juice.

advice: If you like, you can also add curry paste to season the soup.

Our advice: You should use fresh tomatoes for the base of the soup, because its taste is more intense.

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kg of tomatoes
60ml Coconut Milk/Soy Cream/Vegetarian Cream
600 ml vegetable broth
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder


  • Peel the tomatoes by making a large X on the bottom of each tomato. Put the crossed tomatoes in boiling water for a minute, then remove and cool briefly under cold water
  • You should now be able to peel the skin off very easily. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Cut the onion into cubes and chop the garlic. Sweat in hot sunflower oil.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth and simmer until the tomatoes soften every 10 minutes or so.
  • Alternatively, add vegetable broth and coconut milk or vegetable cream. Season everything and puree the ingredients into a creamy soup.

  • Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the broccoli into florets and cut the stems as well. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes
  • Fry onions and garlic in melted butter. Gradually add the flour and mix well until the roux is formed.
  • Stir in vegetable broth and milk and add broccoli and potatoes. Let everything simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Now add the whipped cream and cheese and wait until the cheese melts.
