  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

  7. Let everything fry for another 2-3 minutes and then top with the peeled tomatoes and vegetable broth.
  8. Let the bolognese simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Season them with salt, pepper and spices.

  • 200 g red lentils (dry weight)

  3. Wash the carrots, remove the ends and grate them well.

  9. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
