Recipe Ingredients: Lentil Soup with Salmon Skewers (Serves 4 Persons)
To prepare lentil soup
1 handful vegetable broth (carrots, celery, leeks)
5 tablespoons canola oil
250gm lentils or pardina lentils of your choice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1.5 liters of vegetable broth
20 grams of ginger
1 clove garlic

chili flakes
for salmon skewers
1 bundle coriander
50 ml cold pressed rapeseed oil
salt
300g salmon fillets (ready to cook, boneless)
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Prepare lentil soup
