What a combination! Frying pan with sweet pepper lentils with fried eggs

2 cloves garlic
2 red peppers
1 red hot pepper
200 grams of cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
250 gm green lentils
2 teaspoons tomato paste
750 ml vegetable stock
Pepper from the grinder
1 bunch of buds

20 minutes prep time (plus 25 minutes brewing time)
This is how it is done:
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Wash all vegetables. Cut the peppers in half, clean and cut them into small pieces. Clean the zucchini and cut into 1 centimeter cubes. Cut the pepper into rings. Divide the cauliflower into florets.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion, garlic and spices for two to three minutes. Add lentils and roast briefly on high. Then stir in the tomato paste until completely combined. Sweeten with vegetable broth and add vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes. The lentils should remain light.
Wash the buds and shake them to dry. Fry the eggs in a frying pan with a little oil until crispy. Serve fried vegetables garnished with fried eggs and sprouts.
