Peel the beans from their skin and stone and cut the apricots into cubes. Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Gently fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat, leave it outside and let it become slightly crunchy. Then add onions and garlic and fry. When the onions become translucent, add the beans and apricot pieces and fry over medium-high heat. Finally, add the creamy goat cheese and fresh cream to the skillet, then add the maple syrup and salt.

Chicken Skewers Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil

Soak wooden skewers in water.

Cut chicken breasts and sesame sticks into small pieces. The bread should be slightly smaller than the pieces of meat. Thread both alternately on skewers and lightly sweat in vegetable oil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Arrange, season and garnish as desired – eg with apricot and tomato wedges.
