Ingredients: You need one kilogram of carrots, half a kilogram of potatoes, 500 grams of minced meat, an onion, a clove of garlic, about 2 to 3 liters of vegetable broth, salt, pepper, paprika powder and chopped chives.
Preparation: Peel the carrots and potatoes, cut the carrots into thin slices, and the potatoes into small cubes. Pour into a saucepan and pour over the broth.

Carrot soup with minced meat and onion mixture
You need enough vegetable broth so that the liquid is about an inch above the vegetables. Then cook until the vegetables are soft. Meanwhile, heat some oil in a separate saucepan, add onion cubes and minced garlic cloves and fry them. Then enter the minced meat and fry until it breaks down and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. When the vegetables are cooked, add the ground beef and onion mixture to the vegetable soup.
